Our Poke Bowls are either served with Sashimi Grade Salmon, Tuna, Crab and Shrimp as protein or with Vegan based protein such as Tofu or Tempeh. Every Bowl is made to order from the best ingredients that are prepared fresh on daily basis.
Hailing from the shores of Hawaii, the Poke is a tasty, healthy and colorful plate brought all the way to Garden City for all sushi and seafood lovers.
It combines fresh seafood, diced (as the Poke word means in Hawaiian), complemented by a flavorful seasoning & served over warm rice (White Sushi Rice or Brown Rice – or fresh Spring Mix alternative if you’re counting your carbs!). We like to describe it as a deconstructed sushi bowl! Its eclectic mix of colors is a feast for the senses.
